5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since our products are custom-made, the regular lead time is typically between 6 to 8 weeks. We will provide you with an exact estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping is free within Canada and the USA. For international destinations outside of these countries, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
7. How do I care for and maintain my concrete and wood furniture?
Concrete and wood are durable materials, but proper maintenance is essential to keep them looking their best.
- Concrete: Our concrete furniture is pre-sealed, which requires minimal maintenance. Generally, cleaning with a soft, damp cloth is sufficient. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Wood: Our products are finished with natural oil and beeswax, which enhances the wood’s beauty and provides some protection. To maintain the finish, occasionally apply a light coat of natural oil or beeswax, and wipe off any excess.
We provide detailed care instructions with each order to help you keep your furniture in excellent condition.
8. Can I see samples or visit your workshop?
We currently operate on a made-to-order basis and do not have a traditional showroom for walk-in visits. However, we always enjoy visitors to our shop! If you're interested, we’d be happy to arrange a visit or share detailed photos of our work and discuss your project via video call.
9. What is your return and cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or damage. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt for any concerns. Cancellations are possible before production begins; once manufacturing has started, cancellation may not be feasible. Contact us for specific policies.
